Keyser_Soze
Listening to the live version of St. Anger to hear what the drums sound like live and they got rid of the annoying drums. So does this make it officially the best Metallica album now?
GeneticBlueprint
I found it. The greatest music video ever made. The whole thing is great but the last thirty seconds or so are glorious.

Bloodporne
I've been listening to the "new" Tool album the last week or so. I didn't get it at first and I'm not really a Tool fan but absolutely loved a few songs in the past at least. I have to say, this is exceptionally structured and realized. Even when it's not my cup of tea, and I mainly really like about two songs right now, this has to be a real high point in their career. It feels mature in a natural way, you can somehow feel their age as a band in a graceful manner here. Also, I can't say enough how fucking impressive the musicianship and time signatures on this thing are. The riffs sometimes sound so simple at first but they seem to be masters at 'not what it seems to be' at this stage.

I made it maybe half a song through the last one just out of morbid curiosity.

Bloodporne
I've been really enjoying this album when the mood strikes me. Very nocturnal sounding cross between sparse Jazz and Ambient I suppose? German group and a friend of mine is a huge fan and always wanted me to check them out, just recently did.

gamer.tv
Folklore B It's a good album, although maybe half the tracks feel like filler and a lot of the writing behind the songs relies on lazy/stereotypes. Abbey Road (2019 Remastered) A I’m not a massive Beatles fan, but this album could have been released this year and would be heralded as unmissable. gamer.tv
A Celebration of Endings: A+ I may be biased as Biffy Clyro are one of my favourite bands, but this is an outstanding album. On listening to the singles that were released over the past months, I was very dubious, but in the flow of the album they were wonderful. It doesn’t have the stand out anthems of Only Revolutions, but this is an amazing listen.
GeneticBlueprint
Lots of new singles today and a new album: Deftones - I like it. Carcass - fuck yeah. Way too long since their previous excellent release Surgical Steel Napalm Death - a bit more noise rock/punk than grind like the previous single but I still enjoy it quite a bit. Uada - Not liking the production on this one But the song itself is fire. Albums Unleash the Archers - Abyss - I've been waiting for this for forever. It's so good. Of the non-singles this is definitely my favorite track. It's dreamy and black-gazey and poppy. Protest the Hero - Fabula & Syuzhet - A digital EP I had no idea was coming. I guess it's a 7" That was bonus material when they released their newest album. It's pretty good. Lots of good shit.

SimpleG
Two Minutes To Late night is a YT channel that is a Late Show mixed with metal . They do some pretty good covers with a mix of bands This one is a Type O Cover with lead singer from Windhand. This one is one of my favorites Killing In The Name Of Jesus Piece , Fucked and Bound,Creeping Death . This is the hardest this song has ever been done , when the chorus hits its straight punk. Running Down A Dream Mutoid Man's Brodsky with Cave in and Coheed Wrecking Ball Royal Thunder and Mutoid Man 4th Of July Mutoid Man, Bound and Fucked,Mrs Piss The sludgest nastiest version of Soundgarden Ever Again Royal Thunder,Spirit Adrift and Mastodon doing Ever Again . Its very Thin Lizzy style 70's rock

I really like Coil and have at least ten of their albums actually. Horse Rotorvator, Scatology and Musick To Play In The Dark are two I go back to frequently. Regarding Ulver, I'm a big fan of their first album Bergtatt but never really got into other albums I've heard over time. Also some other early UK Industrial/Experimental I really dug was Test Dept, this being one of my favorite tracks by them:
