Paperclyp
I really don't do much if anything with mods. Any major differences?

Keyser_Soze
The game is equally as disappointing on both platforms.

I'm assuming the OP doesn't have a Pentium 3 and a Voodoo2 if he is asking the question.

AndrewDean84
I snagged a used copy for the pd4 a couple of months ago for like $5 used and have had the steam version since launch. I've played both since the NEXT update and the PC is way more stable. The game crashed on me maybe 4 times in two hours on the PS4 Pro, and not once on the PC. Not to mention being able to get my PC version nearly maxed out with around 45-60 fps on the ground and 90+ in space.

A 6-year old $100 video card is not good for running much of anything.
