Guest
CES is going to be online for it's 2021 convention in January. I think this is the first major conference/convention to forego in person gathering in 2021. I fully expect this to be the case for most such events well into Q2 of 2021, and potentially further. CitizenVectron
https://financialpost.com/news/economy/canadian-economy-grew-4-5-in-may Canadian GDP grew 4.5% in May, and 5% estimated for June. Overall it has gained 10% total since the bottom of the trough in April (at -18%), meaning over half of the contraction has been reversed. Still a ways to go, but the rebound seems to have been stable so far. It seems like CERB and the business payroll aid + commercial rent support has been effective. I believe right now it has been extended into September.
