gamer.tv
Back into FF7, half way through chapter 17. I've liked the game - but it just needs to end.
thedarkstark
Rocket League.... always Rocket League. I may start God of War (PS4) tonight.
ShreddieMercury
I went through the process of installing retroarch on my Xbox Series X, and have been emulating GameCube games that I've never played. I'm playing Eternal Darkness for the first time and am having a blast. It's dated in some respects but the structure of the game is very compelling and it does some super clever stuff that I wasn't expecting. I can see why it's so revered. dualhunter
Finished a new game plus of CrossCode. Besides being overleveled, one of the options I selected greatly boosted the damage I did. Most of the frustration I experienced the first time through was avoided thanks to this. It was great that they didn't just make the option but made sure it fit. I was able to do all the quests (there were a couple that involved weakening enemies before stunning them but one hit kills prevent that, however party members don't get the damage boost so no quest was broken) and I loved how party members and some other characters made comments about the insane damage boost (especially the annoying character who keeps challenging you to duels, in the last duel in the DLC you're told that a way has been found to turn off the damage boost but when the duel starts he gets a call that it can't be disabled after all and he realizes he's about to get beat again). In the ending for the main game one character says to another while walking through an early area of the game that though the enemies are weak now they were tough when you first encountered them but the first party member says nope, the main character sniped them. Overall it was fun but I look forward to moving on to other games.

dualhunter
Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2. Finished the first 2 scenarios and now I get to play through the game a third time but harder because the devs are lazy.
Dodger
Spent a month restarting Skyrim characters but finally well on my way and almost ready to craft endgame equipment. Probably should stop and wait for Anniversary Edition but whatever. Also been playing Art of Rally to give me a Skyrim break from time to time. The pS showcase has made me want to fire up the PS5 but I haven’t yet. Maybe this week. Really trying to focus on a small number of games instead of spreading myself out to a whole bunch like I usually do.
TheLeon
Took a break from Skyward Sword. Still enjoying it, but I was really itching to get back to the Mass Effect Trilogy. I played a lot of ME2 in the last few days. I don’t remember this one as much as I did the first one.
Remarkableriots
Just Cause 4 which I hadn't played in a long time but finally finished the story. Now I just have to finish all the activities around the map.
BloodyHell
Resogun and probably Deathloop. I downloaded resogun last night because I love shoot em ups and hadn't played it in an extremely long time. Forgot how much fun it was. CastletonSnob
Took me less time and effort to beat X2 than X1, especially the X-Hunter Stages. I died several times on the first stage with the moving walls that give you an instant death, but then I didn't die once on the other stages. Either I'm getting really good at Mega Man games, or X2 is easier than X1.
Nokt
Horizon Zero Dawn, I initially thought I was an idiot for not liking this much the first time I played it, but now that I'm about halfway through (according to howlongtobeat) my interest is starting to wane. Dre801
Finished the Gears 5 campaign. It was. . .fine. If it wasn't on Game Pass, I wouldn't have bothered; I think I'm over this franchise, and I just haven't enjoyed The Coalition's Gears games as much. Hey, at least I finished it, I can't say the same for Gears 4.

I had a lot of fun with this game, until I hit a wall. It was like I had a upgrade path that was progressing at a steady rate and then BOOM. I just hit this wall and suddenly it was taking forever to do anything. Not sure if I was just moving up too fast or was just missing something. I stopped playing shortly after that. nublood
Got Deathloop this morning but I haven’t had a chance to play it yet. Also preordered Kena as kind of an impulse buy. Hope it’s good!

Dre801
The Ascent. I'm not a big twin stick shooter player, but it's pretty good so far. Not something I would have bought, but hey. . .Game Pass.
heydude93
Killing dinosaur aliens in Turok 2 is consistently enjoyable with all these gameplay refinements and makes me wonder what's taking so long for a new sequel to be made. Metal Gear Rising Revengence - Only played the first four or five hours back in the day. The memes/clips from this online are genuinely hilarious so I'm looking forward to seeing how bonkers it gets

dualhunter
Played a bit of No One Lives Forever. It's a bit buggy and I'm not a fan of the combat. I figure I'll play a bit here and there with God Mode on. I'm enjoying Save Me Mr Tako: Definitive Edition a lot more.
Dre801
More of The Ascent. Was somewhat enjoying it until a mission broke(enemies that I needed to kill failed to spawn); apparently it's a known bug with this particular mission.
