crispy4000
Captain Toad (Wii U) and Age of Calmity (Switch) Just so much fun, on both accounts, even though the latter is a little frame-y. I should have played Captain Toad a long time ago.
Chris-
Been playing a whole lot of Stardew Valley (Switch), and finally got around to starting Spider-Man (PS4) too. Just got Ring Fit Adventures in the mail so that’ll be on regular rotation soon too (assuming it doesn’t completely suck; I know it won’t be a perfect gym replacement, but I need SOMETHING to fill the void)

skillzdadirecta
Got back into Ghost Recon Wildlands... gonna finally liberate Bolivia. Game is so much more fun when you try to play tactically and stealthily. I could finish the game now, but I'm going for the "true" ending. Also played some more Miles Morales... I know the game isn't that long so I'm taking my time with it. Should have it beat by the time Cyberpunk hits.

dualhunter
Felt like playing some Left 4 Dead. Went to attack a tank and got pounced by a hunter. The worst part about the bots is that they don't understand that freeing incapacitated people hast to be a high priority, it's why you can't play on higher difficulties with bots. In this case, one of them took care of the hunter and as the tank took out 2 of them I thought for sure I'd have to restart the level but not only did Louis survive, but he go to me just in time. Later I had to take out a witch in a stairwell which went surprisingly well since right before she caught up with me she fell down to a lower level giving me a chance to quickly finish her off. Another tank got stuck so I shot at him with dual hand guns.

gamer.tv
Super Mario Odyssey: there’s something great about getting an open Mario game as your first game for a console. It’s also fantastic. I’ve also had a go at Super Mario Bros. 35 and downloaded Fortnite, Rocket League and the SNES VC and still have Ring Fit Adventure in the box. So far, I really like the switch and may grab one more game before Christmas to keep things ticking over.

Bloodporne
I got the following in a Steam sale for somewhere around $2.99 or $3.99 each: The Evil Within STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl System Shock: Enhanced Edition Tried to dip my toe into STALKER the first night and while I enjoyed the atmosphere, I felt a bit baffled and overwhelmed by its systems so I uninstalled it for now and will come back to it when I have the proper time to invest in learning it. Did you get all 3 of the stalker games? Usually they are on sale together. And I believe we talked about this but make sure you get the mods for the game. Too bad cooter got banned because he would have been knowledgeable in this department. Edit: In fact here is the prior conversation we had about it with a link to the mods https://www.dayonepatch.com/topic/8280-stalker-2-information-thread-update-official-trailer-1/?do=findComment&comment=210361

I read into it some more on Reddit and it seems most mods have high potential for game-breaking crashes/bugs etc. and a lot of people recommended just playing the regular unmodded version first. I only bought the first game for now. The atmosphere is definitely really cool and I'm interested in getting into it at some point, just seemed a bit overwhelming for a casual Sunday night for now. Also, I played on the highest resolution I think and the text was near-unreadable so that didn't help.

I didn't see a bundle option, or maybe didn't pay close attention, so I just bought this one but I know what you mean. There was a System Shock bundle available but I already played SS2 some years back.

I haven't been able to kill a single dude in that first 'car park ambush' mission. I keep firing into guys, unloading whole clips and nobody goes down. I've died at the same spot without being able to kill a single enemy four times in a row so I'm confused.
Bloodporne
On another note, I got into PS1 emulation via the Beetle core in RetroArch and it's so, so, so much better than other emulators I tried. Metal Gear Solid and Tomb Raider look so cool with high ass internal resolution.

gamer.tv
I've been alternative between Super Mario Odyssey which continues to be wonderful and Rocket League, which is great in handheld mode. Bloodporne
I got PS1 emulation to run perfectly and started playing Alundra last night, the Playstation Zelda I managed to miss back in the day. I'm about four hours in and it's a really fun game and the PS1 nostalgia is hitting me like a ton of bricks. The soundtrack and sound effects alone are mega-90's. gamer.tv
So I’ve only been playing the Switch and have racked up a fair few hours in Rocket League (handheld mode is a game changer for me with this game) and Super Mario Odyssey, which I’ve not finished (or come close to completing) but I feel as though I’m getting close to the end of the story. I’ve also been watching PlayStation Access stream Demons Souls and due to that, I’ve bought Dark Souls Remastered on the Switch. I enjoyed it on PS3 but could never really sit down to play it, but I’m hoping handheld mode will change that. Just finished the opening area and we’ll see... HardAct
Mostly Destiny2, but thanks to Gamepass I have been alternating from D2 to Control, and also about to fire up SW: Fallen Order too! I gotta say, after hearing for so long how great control's graphics are and finally getting to play it. I'm so not impressed. Yea, I'm on an Xbox1X but it's just not a looker. The red is also really tiresome on the eyes too. I'm saying this because Destiny 2 is just a gorgeous game overall. I am liking the gameplay slot so far, it's quite different obviously and a much needed distraction from Destiny lately. Still wanting so bad to experience Raids in Destiny2! I have played alot over the years on the playstation 3, and 4, now after being able to take my game save to the Xbox1x I'm enjoying it far more. I really do not like the Ps4 controller for shooter! I just have no friends anymore. That dsmned fire really changed alot for me and my online friends. Were just scattered in the wind now. I guess losing an entire town will fo that. Anyone out there needed a friend for D2 plz for God's sake send me that invite. I'm not great, but I'll be there to revive you in your need, and I do have a good headset! Fizzzzle
I've been on a Cities: Skylines binge. The only problem I have is starting cities with only a vague plan, then without realizing it I kind of build myself into a corner. So I'll play a city for like 5 hours and be like "shit... time to start a new one." Then before you know it I've played for 30 hours and haven't had a city hit over 30k people.
