mclumber1
Intentionally doe. They successfully performed an in-flight abort test of their manned Dragon capsule. Assuming all of the criteria was successfully met, NASA will officially certify the Dragon 2 to carry astronauts to the ISS a few months from now. It will have been 9 years since the US had the ability to launch humans - the Space Shuttle was retired in 2011.

Massdriver
And Boeing can’t figure out why their rocket didn’t end up where it was supposed to! It’ll be great to see our astronauts getting to low earth orbit without having to use Russian rockets. SpaceX is doing an impressive job. If Starlink succeeds and they have all that extra cash, I can’t imagine what we will be seeing in the future.

Rodimus
I grew up with the space shuttle. I can't wait for the US to not have to rely on Russia for flights to space. Space X has been very ambitious but also focused on reusable rockets and lowering the cost of going to space.

TwinIon
They've shot up 57 Falcon 9 rockets so far with a 100% success rate. Of the active launch vehicles, only the russian powered Atlas 5 has more consecutive successful launches (71), with it's last failure coming in 2002. Here's the replay of the launch escape test: The escape test itself happens at ~19:
