It certainly wasn't blowing my mind or transporting me to the next level of fun. I had the opposite experience. HMH was the hyperactive arcade RPG I never knew I wanted. I'm biased towards games that convince me so completely of their vision. Especially when they remain best in class. Slay the Spire is another recent example. They still wouldn't be too high up on a personal top 100. But I'd be more inclined to give them a spot than games I'm nostalgic for that have been surpassed. In fairness, I never got around to the sequel. Hope to remedy that at some point. I really liked Crisis Core. *shrugs* PSP also was host to the first Lumines, which I love. Both WipEout games were awesome, IMO. Speaking of racing games, Ridge Racer was BOSS on PSP. The remakes of Final Fantasy Tactics and Castlevania: Rondo of Blood were great as well. Though maybe those wouldn’t make the list since they are remakes? I dunno. PSP was great, dude! Then I checked the list title because I thought I must have clicked the wrong link and was looking at the bottom 100 games of all time. Saw that, no in fact it was a top 100 list.
