Congratulations to Israel on perfecting the perpetual political industry!

Israel is the prime example of how a system with unlimited political parties has many of the same issues that America's "duopoly" has. If you ask me it actually produces worse results. A hard core of authoritarians show a unified minority while everyone else who is there for representative democracy does what they're there to do: bicker among themselves. At least here the opposition can sometimes muster a working majority.

Israel's Lapid faces daunting path to anti-Netanyahu govt

I have zero doubt that Israel will be heading to Election #5.

What happens while they are holding election after election? Does the government already in power just continue to run things on an interim basis. And if so, does that mean Bibi is basically just setup as dictator for life if he can continue forcing "draws"?

That's correct - the government already in power keeps operating until the new government is formed.

So, pretend for a second that I know nothing about the setup of the Israeli government, in the next half-dozen or so elections they have this year, what would need to happen for Netanyahu to get the boot?

I honestly don't know.  I just can't see any viable coalition from the Israeli center (the Israeli left is dead) and the Arab parties forming to really oust Likud and its right-wing religious allies.

Hell, Netanyahu was even courting a conservative Arab Islamist to give him the seats necessary to form a government.

Israel’s fourth general election in two years has so far failed to break the country’s political impasse. But it has marked a break from Israeli politics as usual with the rise of Mansour Abbas, an I…

Anyone on the Iranian side who would agree to anything with the US would clearly be a CIA plant

The Guardian Council and the religious establishment DESPISED the JCPOA even before the US walked away from it.  If anything, they were goddamned pleased as hell that the Imbecile pulled that stunt because it totally undermined the "moderates" in the Iranian regime.  It honestly was the best gift that the US could've given the hardliners.

The thing that was keeping Iran from developing nukes for a while was nothing of value?

Correct. Iran will have nuclear weapons next decade no matter what.
