CayceG
The following titles catch my eye: Arsenals of Folly Stalin: The Court of the Red Tsar The Fall of Berlin 1945 I'd like to claim them! Also, I highly recommend The Dead Hand if any of you want to be paranoid about something else in life. I already have a copy

CastlevaniaNut18
Apologies, I'm with family this weekend, my grandfather passed. Haven't really been here much. I wouldn't mind Killing Pablo and Ghost Wars. Thanks.

Commissar SFLUFAN
See anything you'd like @Chairslinger?
Chairslinger
I am actually going through them right now, Wade. I feel like the other batches had more subtitles to indicate what they are about, so I am looking some up. So far I would like Warlord and The Fall of the British Empire. I am guessing the Peace to End All Peace is about the Versailles treaty(in which case I am definitely interested), but that's one I am looking up beforehand. Commissar SFLUFAN
@Chairslinger - A Peace to End All Peace is about WWI in the Middle East and its aftermath, including the end of the Ottoman Empire.
Chairslinger
Ok, here's my list. Warlord The Decline and Fall of the British Empire A Peace to End all Peace The War of the World D-Day The Devil's Disciples The Guns at Last Light Von Braun Thanks I think I avoided listing any that were already picked. Commissar SFLUFAN
@Chairslinger - The Guns at Last Light is the final volume of the Liberation Trilogy and The Day of Battle is the second - would you like that one as well? An Army at Dawn is the first book, but I no longer have that one. The trilogy is in order of American involvement in the European theater: An Army at Dawn - North Africa (Operation Torch) The Day of Battle - Sicily/Italy (Operation Husky) The Guns at Last Light - Northeast Europe (Operation Overlord)
Commissar SFLUFAN
Alright - I've got the books for @johnny and @Chairslinger (who needs to let me know if he's interested in The Day of Battle) ready to go! Any WWII fans interested in Absolute War: Soviet Russia in the Second World War as a last minute addition? I'm looking at you @CastlevaniaNut18 and @Chairslinger or are you totally satisfied with your acquisitions?
CastlevaniaNut18
Hmm, I thought I had enough WWII stuff, but that one seems like it'd be a good addition. I'll take it.

Commissar SFLUFAN
Alright, the remaining WWII titles (seeing as how those are the most popular) are: The Day of Battle: The War in Sicily and Italy, 1943-1944 (Volume Two of The Liberation Trilogy) - @Chairslinger gets first right of refusal on that one. Hunting Evil: The Nazi WAR Criminals Who Escaped and The Hunt to Bring Them to Justice Sea of Thunder: Four Commanders and the Last Great Naval Campaign 1941-1945 The Wages of Destruction: The Making and Breaking of the Nazi Economy Rising '44: The Battle for Warsaw Non-WWII title that might be of interest: Cobra II: The Inside Story of the Invasion and Occupation of Iraq Last chance @CastlevaniaNut18! Chairslinger
I will take the book you suggested. And of the WWII books Hunting Evil and Wages of Destruction sound good. I have to say thanks again, Wade. You have substantially increased the size of my library
