Commissar SFLUFAN
Octopath Traveler, Square Enix's absolutely gorgeous Switch RPG, could be jumping the fence and launching on PC, if a rating from Korea's Game Rating and Administration Committee is accurate. Keyser_Soze
I need to go back to play this. I kinda fell off.

Brian
I got tired of the game by chapter 3-4 for each character due to the structure of the story telling and how XP is not shared with non-party members.

RedSoxFan9
What is an octopath?

Paperclyp
Good battle system wasted on an otherwise uninspired game. So much potential I actually kind of actively dislike the game.

The tentacles however, do practically everything. One is the melee fighter, one tames beasts, another steals things. Then you have your token comic relief tentacle, and the other four are just there for the hentai mini-games.
Emblazon
The random battle encounters are ridiculously frequent. It almost feels as though the developers were poking fun at the genre like "see how your games used to be?! Aren't you glad it's not like this anymore???" crispy4000
I'm still happy I have this on Switch. Just seems like it would be a better portable experience to me.
Xbob42
I found this game pretty boring. I didn't find it gorgeous at all, it felt like some gimmick indie title where they asked the question "What if we slapped a bunch of shitty, ugly filters all over some sprite work?" and that was the limit to their creative endeavor. Comet
Fun game, especially beating the secret bosses for the final advance classes.

That was the limit? No sir. The game is called OCTOPATH TRAVELER. Who names their game that? Creative people. Boom.

CitizenVectron
Hmm. I am planning on getting a Switch (hopefully a new portable-only Switch if that is confirmed!) this xmas for Pokemon, so I will probably hold out to get this as well.
