foosh Posted April 22, 2019 Share Posted April 22, 2019 I'm going to try to give up soda completely for a month. gotta say, its a little hard because I feel hungrier throughout the day now and feels like i need to substitute soda with something else. water isn't helping. A lot of people I know that quit soda latch on to things like Mio. Those concentrated flavors you squirt into water. I'm not big on their taste though. My wife went hard on using fruits in her water.
