Virtually everyone from his coaching tree has failed as a head coach. Mahomes, Allen, Herbert, Burrow, Tua, Jackson, Lawrence, Rodgers (yeah I know he played 1 down but he is still elite) I would take my chances in the NFC and especially the NFC South.
