They got Roe overturned but that has created a big surge of support in favor of pro-choice ballot initiatives and the GOP itself is telling candidates to steer clear. It isn't just the old people, but Trump's base doesn't really grow, he just has this core pile of ride or die dipshits and once he's gone they'll all go back to doing whatever they did before they joined that cult. The Project 2025 people aren't the public face of it, any rebranding of the GOP that doesn't involve mass denazification is still going to bring them along for the ride.
