Commissar SFLUFAN
Bad Boys 2 is pretty much the poster child for sequel bloat.
CitizenVectron
Shouldn't Bad Boys 4 Life be the fourth movie?
EternallDarkness
wouldn't really be a Bad boys flick without him

What you mean is Bad Boys II is one of the craziest, balls out bugnuts ridiculous hilarious action films ever made. That movie is awesome (in all the best/worst ways). They both look pretty good surprisingly. Apparently the co-directors are pretty good, so we'll see.

Emblazon
BBII still has the best car chase sequence put to film.
5timechamp
-2nd film was very obnoxious... the mean spirited partner schtick was tired halfway through the film... -really did enjoy that cuban mansion raid though.. obligatory this shit just got real

The "theyre throwing cars" chase? might have to ponder that one a minute.. though Blues Brothers final chase is pretty crazy--- they were just launching cop cars into a pile, had nazis, the army, swat, starts with princess leia and ends with Spielberg.. Ronin and Bourne Identity both have chases that are more my style.
Dre801
Only liked the first film. The second was louder, higher budget, and had more explosions, but I was bored by it all. I've watched the original several times, no interest in rewatching the second. Hope 3 is better.
SoberChef
They're both great popcorn action flicks of their respective eras, I've always been on board for a 3rd and I'm glad they're going forward with it. While I won't necessarily be having high expectations for it, I'm sure I'll still enjoy the shit out of it and have a few laughs!

TwinIon
I wonder what the market will be like for this. Bad Boys II made about as much as the second Fast and Furious movie, that came out the same year (2003). Since then we've gotten seven F&F films, which seem to be bringing in rather diminishing returns. I just don't think there's a huge appetite for this franchise. DarkStar189
The beginning with them getting out of the car was great. If you have ever seen the outtakes for Bad Boys 2, in real life Martin Lawrence opened the Ferrari car door into a pole or fire hydrant leaving a dent. Ever since Taken there has been a rise in these “old man action movies”, so I could see this doing decent with men of a certain age if it’s marketed as such.
