sblfilms Posted July 20 Share Posted July 20 Fun story: when I was 16 or so, my younger cousin was murdered by her older sister’s boyfriend, and Rep Jackson Lee showed up at the funeral as my cousin lived in her district. She got up and started doing what can only be described as a stump speech. My uncle got so pissed that he was about to go fight her, so my dad had to hold him back. There is some local news clip somewhere of my dad absolutely hammering her verbally for doing it. Anyway, pancreatic cancer is nasty business.
