Ricofoley Posted July 3 Share Posted July 3 Reminds me of when Penn State initially got a 4 year bowl ban + scolarship reductions for the Paterno, and then after three seasons they started getting competitive again, so the NCAA was quietly just like "yeah they've cleaned their act up, so we'll lift the rest of the ban."
