After that, I moved into a 1 bedroom apartment on my own. That was 12 years ago. I moved once in that time, but into another apartment by myself. At this point, I don’t know if I can ever go back. Even in college when I had a single dorm, I spent the majority of my time with my future wife, even sleeping in her room most of the time as well. There was a great semester where our dorm building caught on fire and they had to put us up in a hotel for the rest of the year, so we got to sleep together in a queen sized bed with our own shower and the room was cleaned daily.
