Jesus fucking christ. HOW THE FUCK DOES THAT MAKE ANY FUCKING SENSE!!! Ok, then it should go both ways. Maybe that Daily Show state law segment SHOULD be enacted in Texas. Charge every man for every wanked off potential child they discharge that wasn’t for procreation.
