Xbob42
I can't wait! Seems like what I wanted out of Stray, which in the end wasn't about being a cat at all.
XxEvil AshxX
Man I hope I can get into people's garages and piss on their boxes.

It’s pretty easy once you jimmy the lock and slip under the door (don’t roll it all the way up). Plus you‘d be surprised how many people just leave their garage doors open all day. …oh! Wait, did you mean in the game?!

If the side of their garage has any tall bushes, you can just hide behind one and wait for them to go to work, then kind of rotate around it as they pull out and slip in before the garage door closes. stepee
Just played a little bit to get it ready for tonight but it plays wonderfully on deck. Seems to be a cpu limit jussst below 60fps so I found it best to just max it all out and use 45fps to get that 90hz latency. Looks gorgeous on the oled deck and I can already tell this is going to be a great time. They really nail the important parts of being a cat like knocking shit over. Don’t forget yall this is on GP! Brian
This game reminds me a lot of Lil Gator in that it is charming and fun to play. Really digging it so far.

Yeah it’s just really charming and cozy. It’s exactly what i hoped it would be. It’s more what I was hoping it would be than the goose game was. It’s more playful. I know it’s free on Gamepass but this feels like I should be playing it on Switch.

ort
Is this compatible with Xbox One or is Series S/X only? We have both, but my younger son mainly plays on the older Xbone.

Im playing on deck, it’s definitely the type of game I think is best on handheld.
Brian
When I first started, I thought the controls felt a bit janky but after a little time with them, I don’t feel that way anymore.

Yeah, same. It’s just kinda physicy and loose but it feels a lot like a cat and the hold down for precise jump is there to make sure platforming is always workable. The only thing janky to me are some collision issues i’ve noticed, I fell in between walls that I shouldn’t be able to a couple times but even when that happens it seems to bounce you out instead of having to restart. Overall seems like quite a polished launch.
Brian
Credits roll. I definitely enjoyed romping around the neighborhood as a cat. It doesn’t hit the heights as Lil Gator but it’s pretty good. I am missing a couple hats and a few side stuff so I’ll definitely continue playing for a bit.
stepee
Yeah this is a really fun game. A little shorter than I thought, I could have definitely done more cat activities though there’s still some left to collect. I really love this type of relaxed animal based 3D platformer colectethon thing Lil Gator and this have going on and hope to see many more.
