Nokra
Same, I don't want to mess around with being sick. If it's slightly in question, I'd rather spend the few bucks for new milk rather than gamble on diarrhea.

Remarkableriots
I would still drink it five days later until it smelled really bad. I would get free milk from work when it went past its expiration date.

Biggie
The day it expires I either finish it off or it goes bye bye. Same for anything dairy. The date is the cut off. Period.
Commissar SFLUFAN
What's this "after" nonsense? I get rid of it one way or another the day before! 1
Keyser_Soze
I think it's good for up to seven days so keep drinking it till it doesn't smell good.

Lactose free milk can easily last a month opened. It's pretty obvious when milk has gone bad. Sucks though when you thought you were good on milk and then you go to make coffee and oops it's chunky now.

Xbob42
If it gets chunky, just shake it up until the chunks dissolve. If it starts to smell, add some baking soda. 1
AbsolutSurgen
We go through milk so quickly, that it is not a problem. My wife occasionally doesn't put the coffee cream back in the fridge, so I know it's bad when it curdles in the coffee. "Best Before" dates are really conservative, and in some cases (obviously not milk) are not even really needed.

Since moving out of commiefornia where a half gallon is like literally a buck forty I’ll go like 3 days. The avocado and honey covered up the bad taste. 1
