CastlevaniaNut18
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune - PS4 remaster - 9/10 - still a really fun game that holds up. I recall 3 being the least favorite of the series. The remaster is nice. Kinda forgot how short these games are. 2024 games: Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World - GBA Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia - 3DS Super Mario Bros Wonder - Switch Spider-Man 2 - PS5 Dying Light 2 - PC Silent Hill: Homecoming - PS3 Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Remastered - PS4

I don’t feel that it gets the attention that it deserves since it’s considered a side game/spin-off, but it’s my third favorite game in the series. Uncharted 3 is my least favorite, but it’s still good just not as good as the others IMO.

I’m planning on replying them all, except that one.

JP for SNES is the best and the reason I got the collection (though the back tracking when you don't have the right key card or the right gate open can be annoying). JP for NES and GB are basically the same game and are good. JP2 for GB is the best of the sequels and side scrollers. JP2 for SNES was kind of long and annoying but I still liked it better than the Genesis games. I liked Rampage Edition slightly a bit more than the first Genesis game. I did finish the SNES version of JP back in the day but I'm really glad the collection includes rewind and save states (though I hate how you only get 1 save state, especially with JP II (SNES)'s timed levels it would have been nice to have at least 2). CastlevaniaNut18
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Resmaster - PS4 - 9/10 - Haven't played it since it first released, so about 15 years. crispy4000
I really liked it. Its mad-libs approach to a mystery adventure game is nearly perfect. My only major gripe is that there's so many clues or event timeline orderings that can be completely lost on you, but you can still semi-brute force things with general deduction skills. Reading summaries by the end, there was definitely things I didn't pick up on especially in the last chapter, but a lot of it is ultimately splitting hairs. The plot is quite fun on the whole, its through lines hits supernatural elements, flawed utopian philosophies, cult infiltration, classic dinner party murders, sieges, etc. Saw the final twist coming a mile away, but it's a game that's more about the journey anyways. I ran into a bug a few times on iPad where it solving one part of a required 'book' took me to the win state prematurely. This ultimately made filing out the rest of the scene easier the two or three times it happened. I'd venture to guess its solved on PC, and the tablet version didn't get the same amount of testing. Otherwise, the drag and drop mechanic works just fine there. 8.5/10 2024 Games Final Fantasy XVI - 8.5/10 Tinykin - 8/10 Evan's Remains - 7.5/10 Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII: Reunion - 7/10 Castle of Illusion Remake - 7.5/10 FF7R Episode Intermission - 8.5/10 Telsagrad 2 - 7.5/10 Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth - 9.5/10 New Super Mario Bros U - 8.5/10 The Case of the Golden Idol - 8.5/

I did not realize this franchise started as a Bernie fan game but either way it’s good stuff. Only 4 worlds and then a bonus world, three levels each. Can get a little tricky at the end. But it’s fun and it looks great. Just started Kitsune Tails now. Worth the $5 I think if you plan to get Kitsune Tails, or bundled with it when it goes on sale etc.

I'm not a big fan of Sam myself but not to the point you did. Thankfully Nate is really charismatic and leads the dialogue most times. This still is extremely impressive and I'm playing on my OLED Deck.

Challenging but not too hard (except for those few achievements I didn't get). It's like DKC but I'm glad they did away with limited lives. Other than all those times I died from unintentional ground pounds while over a pit I basically don't have any complaints. Most of my time trials scores weren't great but I managed 216th on one level. I really like that they put some thought into things like having the game auto-pause when your controller stops responding. Once the game failed to load properly and a couple times I had controller issues but it was mostly fine. It set the bar high for Windswept.

SaysWho?
Plat on Astro Bot a few days ago. Lovely experience and one I'll come back to just for fun. *gasp* Late into a second playthrough of Baldur's Gate 3. Gonna start Ace Attorney Investigations soon as a co-op experience with the lady, and then I received Stellar Blade from best and look forward to starting. But since I just finished Astro Bot and saw so many Mario Galaxy comparisons, it reminded me that I own Mario 3D All-Stars and have NEVER played a Galaxy game.
