Greatoneshere
Yeah, this has been making the rounds and unsurprisingly, the average person watches trash. I'm wondering if them doing this is a result of the negotiations during the strikes, a lot of interesting data in there. Some good shows listed but man as usual people watch mediocre crap.
Keyser_Soze
Just look a the top ten on the app every day and yeah, no transparency needed. It's junk. 1
SoberChef
Honestly wish I could just see the numbers a lot of my favorite comedians are having with their specials.
TwinIon
I know that viewer hours is what matters to Netflix, but it's not a number that normal people really understand, so I wanted to figure out how many people actually watched these shows. If you do what Netflix does for it's weekly top 10 and just take hours viewed divided by the runtime, that works out to ~88M viewers for The Night Agent, 76M for Wednesday, and 60M for Beef. Then again, most people don't really finish shows all the way through, so you could probably increase those numbers by 50% or more to get an idea of how many people watched a good portion of the show.
