Reputator
This is awesome! It's also a bit puzzling why it took them to this point, after all the stores are closed, to realize it should keep going.

Because the U.S. Toy industry actual grew this year and they realized the brand may have some value I'd they modernize their approach. marioandsonic
Does that mean all of the currently closed stores are opening, or just a fraction of them?

SaysWho?
I like hearing this! If they modernize it and manage to moderate their pricing, it would be quite welcome.

Keyser_Soze
The first round of closures were mostly Babies R Us and Kids R Us, this is known and not an absurd claim. I can't find a super old article but here is one that shows few Toys R Us closed and more Babies and Kids closed https://www.ocregister.com/2018/01/24/here-is-the-list-of-toys-r-us-stores-closing-in-southern-california/

Every TRU in Massachusetts closed its doors and I'm fairly certain the vast majority of them were also a Babies R Us. Even when I count New Hampshire, there want a single TRU left within reasonable driving distance that want also partially dedicated to furniture and baby clothes. Are there actually any stores left? I remember it was announced back in June that the last few TRU left would finally close.
