The def star
Xbox has finally got the Dolby Vision support it promised. Well it's in the Insider Program for now but should be out for everyone soon @Spork3245 This is pretty cool because my Xbox One X is my UHD player so very happy that I can watch the movies that support it. EDIT: It's currently only supporting Dolby Vision via Netflix and not the UHD player hopefully that gets patched in soon. Along with Dolby Vision Xbox One is getting voice command support such as Alexa or Google home. It's a nice feature since no one uses Kinect but everyone jumped on Alexa Last are Avatars. They're back. That's cool I suppose. I made mine and notice friends avatars pop up when my screen goes idol. I just hope they have a lot more customization than they did in the beta.
stepee
With the Alexa addition can I connect it to a dot for voice commands?
XxEvil AshxX
I commanded Alexa to get into a pillow fight with Cortana but nothing happened.

Ominous
They need to add this to the uhd player. I don't want to buy a seperate player for Dolby Vision.
atom631
great news. I dont need support for streaming since my TV and Apple TV both support DV.... I really need it for the UHD player. cannot wait for that to come.
AbsolutSurgen
Alexa? How do I add? (I have a FireTV Cube right beside my Xbox, so I'm not sure it actually matters though...)

Keyser_Soze
I think the update just rolled out for me. It's letting me pick the new avatars.
finaljedi
Dolby Vision isn't compatible with my TCL 6 series TV.
jaethos
I was looking forward to the new avatars quite a bit, but now that they are here I don't really like them. Or at least I don't like what I ended up with when I tried to make me.

jaethos
There are definitely more customization options. I think it's the art style. I'll see what I think after my kids redo their avatars, maybe more examples will change my mind somewhat.

I was so confused by this at first, as I initially thought you were talking about Dolby Vision.
