Not to defend anything that Goop promotes and I have no understanding of how a vaginal egg is supposed to work... but I’d guess they “work” with the woman doing kegel exercises. Those have been shown to strengthen the pelvic floor I believe. Dunno why someone would want to do those with an egg in their vagina but hey whatever man.

She's also promoted vaginal steam cleaning, which is probably just getting her off.

I hate Goop so much. It's the far left equivalent of Alex Jones' InfoWars in terms of pseudo-science. It makes all of us on the far left look bad and stupid.
