To who? I'm pretty sure a sale to Meta, Google, or Microsoft would be blocked. All it really had of value was a brand he trashed. There is still value in its dataset. So I’m sure a non major player would buy it for that alone and shutdown the rest of the service. Note I know it’s sale would be at a huge loss to Musk because nobody is going to pay the inflated price he paid. He’s been talking up the banking stuff for ages (even pre X). -edit- There is also the chance he just shuts it down and keeps the data for xAI.
