TwinIon Posted June 26 Share Posted June 26 I feel like this was a similar story when electronic door handles first became a thing, and it always seemed to me that it should be required that doors have a mechanical override and that the mechanical entry was easy and obvious. We have detailed regulations about what kind of emergency trunk release switches vehicles must have, it sure seems to me that being able to get out of the main cabin would be similarly important. I mean, if you watch it day to day there's no other real explanation for what it does. On the day they announced a huge drop in sales the stock was up sharply, with the explanation being that they still "beat expectations", but there's no way to look back on the chart and find where the expectations would've gotten priced in. The teams pay for these functions. Trump or some pro-trump PAC paid for that functionality, which is also why you can’t mute it unless you have a paid account, same as any other ad content on free accounts.
