(On top of every single person directly responsible.) Only actual direct and tangible punishment for this kind of shit will produce any lasting change. Someone is very likely getting prison time for this, because those laws are taken extremely seriously here. The execs, though, escape without incident. Now, maybe I'm just an idealistic guy, but if you're responsible enough to claim billions of dollars for what a company does, you should at least be responsible enough to risk some prison time. What's life without a little excitement. God, can you imagine how fast this sexual harassment shit would just fucking poof out of existence from these companies if the top brass had any liability at all? They'd be patrolling the fucking halls with armed guards ready to escort anyone even looking at another employee wrong out of the building. HR's interests would all of a sudden actually align with victims AND the company!

It's easily fixable, but nobody that can enact the change is willing to. The gaming press could choose to not cover games by these companies. That would do it. Governments could also hold the execs at these companies responsible fire the mistreatment and harassment of they're employees, but they're unwilling to hold these wealthy men to account. Gamers could also just boycott these games, but 90% of gamers don't know anything about this and 9% of those that do well forget about this a few weeks from now. Of course, but I feel like this time there is much less of this. Maybe not for the right reasons, but WoW and Blizzard IPs in general have been bad in general lately so gamers are actually looking for more reasons to hate Blizzard. Then there was the whole Hong Kong thing, and the "do you not have phones". The Burning Crusade Classic is pay to win and has many people disappointed in Blizzard. On top of that many top WoW streamers on twitch have condemned the company. I mean, for a lot of them WoW is their job and they can't just quit, but it is better than them defending the company. CastletonSnob
I watched the Jimquisition episode about Activision-Blizzard.
