gamer.tv
I loved Headhunter, though after watching a bit a of a long play I’m not too sure why. I will go with Multi Racing Championship, Hexen 64 and Tom and Jerry: Fists of Furry as my choices.
Best
Hexen 64 was fun with coop. Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon I imported from Japan in 1997 for the N64. Turok I feel is kinda forgotten but I'll never forget playing that for the first time.

crispy4000
I’ll never forget Ogre Battle 64. Bomberman 64: The Second Attack is the secret best unknown N64 game. Such a limited release that people still confuse it for Bomberman Hero.

chakoo
Mario 64 Spoiler Sorry just needed to get that out of my system. That what most of these topics end up as on other gaming forum. If it wasn't mention in the last day some how that makes it a forgotten game. -.- I'll come with deep cuts later.
crispy4000
Beyond Good & Evil 2 Seriously, it must have beaten Duke Nukem Forever's record by now. People don't talk about it nearly as much as they did Duke though.

I used to tutor down syndrome kids in elementary school back in the 80's and Number Munchers was a huge part of that. At the time, using computers to teach children with disabilities was "new" and "revolutionary." I think we were on Apple II's at the time and had to make multiple five and a quarter floppies to get it loaded on the four systems in our "computer lab." skillzdadirecta
BROKEN HELIX This PS1 game was waaay ahead of its time and REALLY needs to be redone by SOMEBODY with today's tech. Basically the game took place in real time and you had about 4 hours of game time to beat it (with saves and checkpoints) and if you didn't in the timeframe, you had to start over. You had to race through an area 51 like facility floor by floror diffusing bombs with a combination of stealth and combat all while being pursued by your former special ops team. Game was a great idea that wasn't executed the best way because the tech just wasn't there yet in my opinion. Another game from around the same time (Also by Konami who did this one) was PROJECT OVERKILL I'm not the biggest fan of Isometric shooters but I LOVED this one back in the day. This game I would even settle for an HD remaster of the existing game.

Crusader No Remorse was the better game.
Ghost_MH
Are 6DOF shooters still a thing? Last game I played that sort of fit the bill but not really was Star Wars: Squadron which is mildly barf-inducing in VR. Either way, I'm thinking about Forsaken here. Nobody remembers that game and the only real 6DOF game anybody remembers is Descent. The entire genre feels dead.

Bloodporne
This is pretty specific but the Playstation versions specifically of Doom and Final Doom. They kind of took Doom and made it incredibly atmospheric with some of the eeriest soundtracks ever, great weapon sfx, a moody and dark new lighting engine and surround sound support. The game also suffered from a not-great framerate and some cut content but this is still one of my favorite games of all time and gladly they continued down that path with Doom 64 at least before abandoning the direction with the reboot series. There’s an indie game called Overload you should check out if you haven’t.

Brian
I will switch it up with picking a forgotten developer and will go with Starbreeze. The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay is a top tier movie IP game. Starbreeze followed up that hit with The Darkness, another fun game. Followed that up with The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena, a fun but not as good sequel. Then Starbreeze made a deal with the devil (EA) and Syndicate flopped and the Bourne game got cancelled. Top talent left during that period. Did you know some of that top talent who left started Machine Gun Games? Anyway languished after that and it’s barely a company now. Also shoutout to Raven Software. Before being sucked into the black hole known as Call do Duty, it made a ton of fun games; Heretic/Hexen, Jedi Knight 2, X-Men Legends, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, X-Men Origins Wolverine, Wolfenstein, and Singularity. Greatoneshere
Some totally random ones that come to mind. There are many if I really sat down and thought about it though. There are many, many more though. Until the PS4/XB1 generation there just felt like so many different studios making lots of weird ass games. Indies exist today, but it's not the same. The diversity of content was insane.

Bloodporne
Here's one I wish wasn't forgotten and instead got a kickass reboot. This game was so cool but clearly ahead of its technical limitation times. It had John Woo shit in it like if you blasted someone with a shotgun next to a window they could actually fly through the window. Also, it had a taser that would set dudes on fire if you held it long enough. Game was way ahead of its time.
