People have this weird fucking idea that people wait until they're crowning to decide they should have an abortion then call in a doctor with a hammer and a railroad spike to get the job done. >90% of abortions happen before 13 weeks, 1% or fewer happen at >21 weeks and most of those are medically necessary at that point.
