Joe Biden beats Donald Trump, officially making Trump a one-term twice impeached, twice popular-vote losing president

Seems little premature to be declaring victory:

Much like Biden’s super cynical “can’t trust the results” play, going out and basically saying you won since you’re sure you performed well is probably the right strategy for a candidate who banked his campaign on doing well in Iowa when the story at the moment is just how ridiculous the process is.

Someone had a theory at the beginning of the night that what has happened is basically this: For years the party has been holding caucuses, and it's been batshit crazy. So this time they decided to not just collect the final results (like in the past), but also the preliminary votes, second results, final delegates, etc. Only, they are now realizing that a HUGE amount of precincts don't actually follow (or KNOW!) the rules, and the data doesn't match up to the final results. The results have likely be wrong for YEARS, but they are only now just figuring it out.

I believe this to be the case.

Fuck, Canada can create an entirely new political party, call an election, have all parties find candidates within a few weeks for 338 ridings, and hold an election in the time it takes a single party in the US to find a leader.

Yeah but do you have Jesus? Checkmate queen lover.
