Conservatives in Canada are of course a more racist party than the others, but in general they are much better than in the US. Here, Conservatives actively court immigrant voters. Something that will hurt them (though only slightly) is that the most xenophobic people have split off to found their own federal party, called the PPC (People's Party of Canada).
