She just won't give the soundbite that she's for increasing taxes. Bernie has been upfront about how to pay for it by raising taxes, and he's not afraid to say it, to his credit, but he also makes the same point. Leaving out this context is a lie by omission. It just devotes a larger portion of that toward for-profit medical insurance and administration than other nations. This really shouldn't be hard to figure out. Yes, technically your taxes will go up, but she's correctly assessing that the average voter is too stupid to process anything more than the soundbite of "I'm raising your taxes".
