That’s what we got on the ballot. I actually voted against it. Also didn’t do anything for people currently sitting in jail on marijuana convictions. I want it legalized, but not like that. I’m hoping we get a better bill down the line.

All Quiet on the Western Front - 10/10

It was excellent. Much like the book, it’s bleak as fuck. There’s no glory, no honor, just misplaced national pride that led to the senseless deaths so so many young men. Really well done, powerful stuff. I’d have no problem ranking it among the absolute best war films.

This is great. Of course I’ll be headed for my yearly opening weekend hunting trip with the fam just as this arrives. Looking forward to launching into it when I get back.

Too many retro games to count because I lack the patience to learn patterns by repeating levels over and over. more recent? Not sure. I never really gave any of the Souls type games any serious effort because I knew the difficult style wasn’t for me. I also recall giving up on God of War Ascension because there was some long series of fights that I just couldn’t get through, so I gave up. It’s still the only game from that series I never beat.
