I finished it this morning before going to sleep. It was pretty good. Ending wrapped up neatly, but sometimes I want a nice ending. Nothing amazing, but a decent read. Now onto The Guise of Another by Allen Eskens. It’s the sequel to The Life We Bury. Was kinda eager to connect with some of the characters again. I think for my next nonfiction, I’m gonna start Empire of Pain by Patrick Radden Keefe. -

I'm a third of the way through and don't really know what's going on so far. I do like the setting, though. -

The Girls in the Stilt House by Kelly Mustian. Just finished Me and Robert E Lee and I’m not sure what I want my next nonfiction to me. -

The Life We Bury was really great. And it's the first of a series, so I'm excited I get to continue with these characters. Current fiction is Independence by Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni. -
I got Detective Pikachu last night. Went to a local game store to dump off most of my remaining blu ray collection and got some credit and that was sitting there. It was one of the last 3DS games I wanted. Puts us at 75 physical 3DS games.

Though chapter 4 last night. I think I'll be sticking with this one. Feels good to be enjoying a FE game after so long. -
I was big into Power Rangers in elementary school. This was mid-90s. Watched the show, had the toys, traded cards with my school friend. I have no nostalgia for it today, though. It's pretty painful to watch. I don't understand my fellow millennials who still love this. Guy who was a couple years ahead of me in school got a massive tattoo covering his whole forearm with them back when I worked with him in college. Some things from my childhood I have nostalgia for. Disney movies, Ninja Turtles(to a point, but I don't sit around watching the cartoons). Power Rangers? Cringe.
