I would have preloaded yesterday if not for the damn data cap. Fuck you, Comcast. I'm gonna go back to Metroid Prime after I finish RE4, then play TLOU. Nevermind the fact I still have to finish Kirby and Pentiment. So much awesomeness all at once.

Fucking hell.

Essex Dogs was fun. I'm ready for the sequel. Next up is Desperation by Stephen King. Haven't ready my favorite author in a couple months. Still working on Eleanor Roosevelt and Black Mouth. Reading has taken a back seat to gaming in the last week or so.

Yeah, I missed out on a decent bit of treasure in places that I wasn't able to go back to. I've been more careful in the final area to pick up stuff before moving on.

Phew, through 14 chapters. 20 hours. I may be able to finish this on Wednesday, my next day off. I've had a helluva weekend with this game.

I don't use gifs frequently, but I've always drawn the line at the ones that seem to portray that stereotypical black sass or whatever. I cringe when white girls post those on social media. The one Riley shared and others like the one of the guy walking in with pizza to a room in fire seem like they're fine.

It's $30 a month here.

I go back to work tomorrow and I can't game on work days. I should finish this when I'm off next weekend. I got my TLOU code today, but I can't preload it because we're almost at our limit on the data cap(fucking 1200GB is idiotic when you have gigabit internet, fuck you Comcast). Anyway, I might put off TLOU just long enough to get back to Metroid Prime, because I was really liking it for the few hours I played.

Sometimes I think I'll give RDR2 another go when it's on a deep PC discount. Then I recall the 3-4 hours I played on PS4 at launch and remember how it felt like a chore.

Whew, I'm on chapter 8. 10 hours in two days. Probably the most I've gamed in a long while.

It crashed a couple times for me with RT, though I was gettinf around 60fps with it on. I just turned it off to keep things stable. Jesus, I love this game. It'll never get old. This is a perfect mix of feeling familiar, yet refreshing.

Woke up early(for me) and played some RE4. I'll also likely play some more Pentiment today. I've got Dreamland 3 on SNES and still need to play it. But Lately I've been playing levels of Return to Dreamland Deluxe.

This game makes me so happy.

I got my key at 0530, right before I went to bed. It’s installed, so I’ll be playing later today. Got errands to run right now.

I guess I should have foregone the $10 discount and bought through Steam. Still don't have a key yet. WTF. I was really looking forward to playing this tonight when I found out it unlocked at 11pm my time.

Sigh, GMG is fucked. Been trying for an hour to access my key and the site is broke.

I'm fine just using my Xbox One controller on PC. GMG better send me my code by midnight.

I got some of the rednecking in over the weekend and went shooting with my dad. Pistols and his AR. I mean…it’s fun. But I don’t get letting it become part of my identity. Just watching what the AR did to those cans vs a handgun, the difference it startling. It’s fun until you think about it being the choice of modern mass shooters for a reason. Im good just sticking to my hunting rifles.

I couldn’t taste the difference between the cheapest swill or the finest scotch. All of it would made me gag.

I pretty much never use it.
