Eh? I got the M77 Hawkeye. They don't make them anymore, but a guy near me was selling his and it was in near perfect condition. Ammo is kind of a pain to find, though. In theory I have no issue with the death penalty. In reality, I don’t trust the legal system to get it right all the time. I read Anthony Hinton’s memoir and what he endured was horrific. You can reverse a life sentence, once you carry out an execution, it’s done.

Yeah, now that we have a beastly PC as an option, I wanna use it more. But I still like having my own setup at my desk. The 3080 has been great for most stuff so far. TLOU is the first issue I've really had. Husband is on a 3070 still, so he's been playing Cyberpunk down there. I sure hope NVIDIA isn't as stingy with VRAM on their next line.

Hah, my husband is talking about getting these for our Japan trip to use with the Steam Deck on the flight. His friend(who we're going with) just bought a pair and he's waiting for his verdict before buying. His friend has terrible vision and only wears glasses and he quickly found he can't use these without glasses, so he's gonna have to order some prescription lenses.

Maybe I'm LTTP, but I finally upgraded to Windows 11. I just got the prompt today.

Played this for several hours on my PC last night, the VRAM on the 3080 is definitely an issue. I'm running it at high settings at 1440p. It's mostly fine, framerate is good, but I was getting weird texture issues. Notably in the hotel the clothes hanging in the closets would freak out. It's perfectly playable on my PC, but I think I'll stick with the game room PC so I can do ultra/4K.

Finishing up Valkyrie Rising by Peter Gibbons tonight. It's the 5th in his Viking Blood and Blade series. These books are just fun reads for me. Wish they'd gone through a more rigorous proofreading, though. I hate finding silly mistakes.
