I’m a little disappointed Boston did almost nothing at the deadline, but I’m also kinda over trading away good prospects for rentals. I’m not real sure what they could have done without giving up good players. Story is coming back and Sale should be back soon to shore up some weaknesses. Let’s just hope they stay healthy. It’s not really like I was expecting a deep October run here anyway. They’ve performed better than I expected this year. Still too streaky of a team, though.

We had a mini-panic last night when the power flickered during a storm and the AC stopped blowing cold air. Turned it all off for about 30 minutes and then back on and it was fine. We just replaces the entire upstairs unit in 2019. It better last.

I’m pretty sure that’s where most of my ancestors are from. But I’ve only traced back to some of my great-great grandparents. I’ve wondered when my family arrived in America. Maybe I’ll look it up someday.
