River of Darkness was short and I finished it last night. Today, I started I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, by Maya Angelou. I'm sorry to say I've never read it before now.

I'd rather have a new NSMB game. The Wii U game was great, though. I just don't think I'd pay much to get it again on Switch.

More like, I'm sure you'll replay GoW again sometime soon. And replay Spider-man shortly after you beat it. I'm excited for Spider-man, I know nothing about Hellblade.

Every once in a while, my husband and I will break this out and play it for a few hours. Maybe we'll beat it in the next decade. He's already played through it when it first came out. It's not a genre I just love, so no need to double dip for me.

So this HUGE James Gunn defender on my FB apparently just found out about the pedo dress up pics. That's where he draws the line and he's changed his tune. Now, it's James Gunn is a terrible person and he should never work again. Early this morning he was still on the "fuck Disney" train, calling for a boycott of the movie and hoping it tanks. He's been defending Gunn for weeks, but now he's decided he can't anymore. I guess I just don't get where the line is drawn. "Jokes" about having children molest you are okay and deserve forgiveness, but dressing up as a pedo at a theme party isn't? Hmmm, okay.

Well, that's different than saying a series sucks, based off one game that got mediocre reviews back in the day.

Then stop replaying new games for the 3rd or 4th time and play something new. It's a great game.

Well, I did specify in this thread that I love dill, but have sweet pickles, so there you have it. No one is saying aioli isn't a type of mayo. But it tastes a helluva lot different, so it's not weird that some people who despise mayo can like aioli. And I don't even love it. I've only had it at one restaurant and just a little smear. But you put "just a little smear" of mayo or miracle whip on my sandwich and you've ruined it.

Yeah, really dumb to judge the entire series off the first game, which was really flawed. Hell, I wouldn't judge the series as it is now, based off the games prior to Unity. It's changed quite a bit.

Well, if they're flavoring it with stuff, then it would obviously taste different than regular mayo. Much like pickles don't taste much like a raw cucumber, since it's been spiced up and altered. I don't get why this is so hard for some of you guys to grasp.

Yep, some things just aren't worth the reward. I detailed my thoughts on the Riddler stuff in another thread, but I never regretted not spending all that godaamn time collecting all the trophies.
