IX is a port of the mobile game, yes. But what's the issue there?

It's cool. I read the Harry Potter series almost every year. I think I'm about to go through it again, since this the month of the 20th anniversary. I also read John Grisham's new novel every year.

You're reaching, but this is an argument I don't care to pursue. Yes, I read some fiction, we'll leave that as established fact.

Well, the term "novel" would imply fiction. And I actually posted another novel I recently read on the top of this page. The majority of what I read is nonfiction, but I do enjoy a good novel here and there.

IX is fantastic and my favorite behind VI. I might consider buying it again for Switch. I have little faith they're not going to totally screw up the remake of VII. I imagine the battle system will be completely reworked to resemble to modern FF games and that would be terrible to me.

$60 is a bit steep for them, IMO.

They'er not joy-cons, it seems they're only compatible with the NES games on Switch. But they'll connect to the system to charge, like joy-cons.

I think I'm gonna get the Capcom beat 'em up collection. I have Final Fight on Sega CD, Knights of the Round on SNES and arcade PCB, Captain Commando on arcade PCB, King of Dragons on SNES(trying to obtain the PCB), and Warriors of Fate on Saturn(Japanese import). But I don't have and have never played Battle Circuit or Armored Warriors. I'd like to play them, plus the others would be nice just to have on the go. At $20, that's a pretty sweet deal.

Oh, that'll be next year at the earliest. They didn't give timetable for it.

I'm finally closing in on finishing Red Famine. I also started up The Women in the Castle, by Jessica Shattuck. I'm a fan of WWII novels and a coworker gave it to me. She's always giving me stuff to read.

I feel ever so slightly tempted by FF12. I never played it. Husband just finished it a few days ago on PC and it had me mildly interested. I'd definitely wait til it's cheap, though.

I'm also thinking I'll play Luigi's Mansion for my October game. I played the original a couple years ago for Halloween. It's a nice, short game.

I'm excited about Kirby's Epic Yarn. I've had it on Wii for years, but I never got around to it. I'll definitely play it on a handheld.

Well, that settles it. Send the hero cop home to her family. She rid the world of a nasty drug dealer and/or addict.

I'm probably gonna be mixing it up with Spider-Man and Tomb Raider for the time being. Then move back to Dragon Quest XI when I finish one of the former. I'll probably still be playing DQ while I play RDR2.

Since I'll be up super late tonight, I'm hoping it unlocks on steam around midnight. I'll get a little time in.

It was a bit traumatizing.

I'll always remember going for the almond milk carton to take a swig and having something solid touch my lips. Looked into the container and see some moldy chunk of...something floating around. I hadn't even had the carton for more than a few days, it was well within the expiration date. I haven't wanted almond milk since.

I played a little more last night, I'm starting to get into it now. I like collecting the backpack tokens.

Luigi's Mansion and Animal Crossing were enough to deal the deal for me, but I got some other little bonuses. Nintendo left me pretty happy with this one. I've put hundreds and hundreds of hours into the DS and 3DS Animal Crossing games. I can't wait to do the same with this one.
