I'm still enjoying my 3DS

If there was ever a game that should get damn near universal praise, I'd think it'd be this one. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it's got the board fairly split. I think there are some legit gripes with it.

Unless all you can grow are some patchy pubes, then all men should have a beard. My husband refused to grow a full beard for the longest time. Just kept the goatee. I begged him for a beard and finally, about 5 years ago, he got lazy one weekend and let it grow and he's had one ever since. About once a year, he does a reset and I'm sad for a week.

It certainly seems like a damn polarizing game. Given the pedigree, this should be a game that's universally loved. But at the very least, this forum is pretty split. Even many of those who like it admit there are some serious things to complain about.

I was more responding to the people freaking out, calling it an act of war and all that. The responses seemed a bit extreme, given how little is known. At this point, all we know is two young women are dead under suspicious circumstances in a huge city and they may have applied for asylum. That's hardly cause to start pounding the war drums.

Did I miss something in the article, because this just seems like speculation the Saudis have anything to do with this. I'd love to blame them, but I'm not seeing anything that really ties them to the murders just looking at the article.

I'm pretty much caught up on my TV now, Castlevania, The Haunting of Hill House, and Castle Rock were all fun binges. There's always more stuff on my watch lists, but I'm at a good point to take a break from shows for a minute. Tonight, I'll be watching my traditional Halloween flicks, Hocus Pocus and the original Halloween. Last night, I finished Luigi's Mansion early and had hours to play RDR, but I just ended up reading on the couch and I really had no regrets

The opening didn't really do much for me. And, honestly, I'm enjoying my books and TV shows more right now.

I didn't play it last night. Maybe I will today, who knows. I don't know why I lack the drive to play it.

It was the only game I ever got a refund on Steam for. I just couldn't get into it.

I finished Luigi's Mansion tonight in my 3DS. Trying to decide if I want to play RDR. Can't quite get excited for it.

Beat it just in time for Halloween! Only took 7 hours. My 3DS log shows it had 18 in Dark Moon.

On a sad note, last night I found out my 3DS is now doing the thing where the paint chips off. Goddammit.

I think Steve King is probably the biggest piece of shit in Congress and that's quite the feat.

The game sure makes it sounds like you need to regularly eat to keep your stamina up and all. I guess I'll find out as I play more. It may be a while before I get far in it, though. I've got other things coming up and honestly, it's not a high priority right now.

Franken's old actions in the pics were distasteful, but not damning, imo. Pretty fucked up for people like Collins to immediately demand he resign, but gleefully vote to confirm Kavanaugh.

I'll have to go back and double check, but I don't recall seeing it. the world seems detailed and impressive, I'm just worried the other things are going to kill it for me. I really hate the idea of always having to eat and feed and clean and all that that to keep going. That's not what a game is in my mind. It makes it a chore. Honestly, I'm enjoying replaying Luigi's Mansion on 3DS much more right now. It's part of the reason I didn't bother with RDR until late last night.

Well, I finally started last night. Controls definitely feel clunky. I'm not a fan of picking up items, either. I opened a drawer last night and i wouldn't let me pick up the item because it said I was already maxed on that item, but I have no idea what the item was supposed to be. I think I'm definitely going to be annoyed by small shit like that.
