  1. http://www.govtech.com/security/After-15-Years-REAL-ID-is-Finally-Materializing.html I got mine last year. I think my husband finally found his birth certificate and should be able to go get his soon.
  2. Ooops, I just realized I misread your post. I read it as "They did X very well." I'm a little sleepy about about to work my third night in a row and 4th out of the last 5.
  3. You high opinion of X means I really can't take your views seriously when it comes to FF.
  4. It just never looked all that appealing to me. My husband recently finished it and while he liked it, he didn't just fall in love with it and said the story was underwhelming. For me, FF died after IX, at least the main series did. They've released some competent spinoffs since then.
  5. I know sblfilms hates me these days, but he's right on this one. I'm not even certain he could win, but don't underestimate his appeal. What he did in Texas was huge.
  6. I mean, no one can predict that with 100% accuracy, but like others have said, he'd probably have a pretty damn good chance to take those Rust Belt states. You really don't get it.
  7. I bought in it my Kindle a while back, in part because it was on Obama's reading list, it seemed interesting, and I had a 40% off credit on my Amazon account for a list of Kindle books. I need to get around to reading it. Gotta finish Auschwitz, then I'm gonna go for that or Michelle Obama's book.
  8. Playing King of Dragons, the arcade PCB with the husband tonight.
  9. I had 3 Michelob Ultras tonight with my oysters, shrimp, and crab legs.
  10. No foul play being suspected at this time. Middle aged man, I'm gonna go with a heart attack.
  11. I still know practically nothing about this game and I have no intentions to learn. When we went to the Cubs game this Summer with my buddy and his 3 boys(ages 9, 11, and 15), he gave them all $40 to spend on food and said they could keep the rest. They decided to get the cheapest stuff possible so they could have the rest for Fortnite. If he'd been straight up buying them their food, they'd have probably gone for the more extravagant stuff.
  12. Finally got back to playing this last night, after not really playing anything for a month. Jesus, this game is huge. I do agree with the level scaling thing, to a point, though it's not a dealbreaker for me. I do wish areas of the map were essentially restricted, based on your level. I feel like this may be the longest AC game yet, and I spent around 65 hours in Origins.
  13. I never got around to watching The Jungle Book, maybe I should. But Beauty and the Beast made well over a billion at the box office, so you're probably in the minority there.
  14. How has no one posted this yet? Cop who killed a man while breaking into his home indicted for murder
  15. Pretty sure if it's on par with Beauty and the Beast and brings in over a billion, Disney will be pretty happy. Given the pedigree of the material and the talent behind it, I wouldn't be too worried right now.
  16. Cubs should have released Addison Russell, I'm disappointed. When I saw the initial headline as I woke up, I thought they had. Boo. Serves me right for reading on my phone before I can fully open my eyes.
  17. I finished Small, Great Things pretty quickly. It wasn't terrible, but I had some serious issues with it and don't quite understand all the praise it got. Aside from the obvious inaccuracies with nursing practice, I definitely felt like I was reading a book about racial issues, written by a white woman, targeting white women. Moving on, though, I decided for my next fiction, I'd read The Light Between Oceans, by ML Stedman. Heard good things about it, so here's hoping I don't get consecutive disappointments.
  18. Bah gawd, I'm finally playing AC Odyssey again. It's been a month and a half.
