Television WandaVision OT - For the Children!
CastlevaniaNut18 replied to Pikachu's topic in The Performing Arts Centre
Watched all the episodes so far, I’m definitely more interested than I was going in. It’s definitely coming together, but I still don’t know where the kids came from, how she resurrected Vision, and how Quicksilver is there. And that version of him. Are they just changing the actor now since X-men is merging in with the MCU? -

People may call you many names, but I think it's safe to say "nerd" will never be on the list. -
Books What Are You Reading or Listening To?

Done with War Lord. That was a good ending to what has become one of my favorite series. I'm going to start The Sun Does Shine by Anthony Ray Hinton today. It’s a memoir of a guy who was wrongfully convicted of murder and spent almost 30 years on death row before being exonerated. -

Books. I read 100 last year. Historically it’s kind of fluctuated but for the last couple years, video games have taken a back seat to reading. I still play games fairly regularly, though. Just not as much as I used to. I’m not that big on movies and TV. I do watch some, but it’s more intermittent. -

I'm not that social. But when I do/did go out, it's always coworkers, so it's a pretty mixed group of black and white. With a little Mexican thrown in.

If you regularly buy almond milk, you are a bad person

I liked almond milk, but had a bad experience and haven't drank it in years. I'm still on dairy. Probably always will be. -

I'll be playing more AC Valhalla today. Played last night and it kept crashing. Like four times in under two hours. It's never been that bad. -

I decided to power through and finish The Stand before going back to work. Holy shit, that was amazing. Some top tier SK right there. Took me right at 4 weeks to get through it, so not too bad. I really enjoyed the character development and honestly, I liked the ending, which is always something SK struggles with. I'm glad I finally got around to this. I do think I'm gonna read some shorter books for a bit, though. Need to whittle down my TBR shelf. My planned next fiction will be War Lord. Gotta wrap up the Saxon Tales. I think I want to finish Tightrope first, though. -

Down to the last 300 pages in The Stand. This has been a really great time. My current nonfiction is Tightrope: Americans Reaching for Hope by Nicholas D. Kristoff and Sheryl WuDunn. -
