I don't really think education is a cure for pedophiles. And while I don't have all the answers, I don't think killing them is a viable option in most cases. I certainly think we need to have some major prison reform, I'm just highly skeptical of sex predators ever truly being reformed.

I mean, out of all the crimes, I think sex predators are about the worst and need to be kept from society. I mean, like actual sex predators, not a guy who made a mistake at 21 and had sex with a 16 year old. That's not great, but that can be more of a dumbass decision you learn from. I'm highly skeptical of the former being rehabilitated. But in general, I'm very much in favor of reducing sentences.

I'd definitely rethink the two pistols I own if I had kids. I mostly have them because they're fun to shoot and maybe that 5% worry about a break-in. I don't think about them most of the time, though.

Definitely 9-11. I was a freshman in high school. Jonesboro school shooting in 1998. It was so close to me and I was on spring break. I didn’t know about Columbine at the time because I was on a school trip to Yellowstone when it happened and the teachers didn’t want to tell us. I also recall Sandy Hook well. I was at work at watched the coverage on TV. I remember parts of the OJ trial and the OKC Bombing. I was in third grade. I can also recall parts of the West Memphis Three case. I was really young, but again, it was really close to my hometown and got a lot of coverage and the victims were around my age.

Trust me, that’s not a reason to be sad. They’re an invasive species and ruin land. And dangerous.

I never got into bow hunting. Too clumsy. Just kill those fuckers any way you can. They’re awful. That was actually the first hog I’d ever killed. It was almost dark and my father-in-law said kill whatever pig I saw. I think this made 12 killed on their land this season.

Got some True Classic tshirts and joggers for my brother and husband for Christmas. Who am I kidding, I’ll probably wear the joggers some myself. Also got some Dr Squatch soap, shampoo, and deodorant for them. That I’ll also ending using sometimes.

Gimme some steak and seafood. It's what we did for Thanksgiving last year because I had to work and we didn't go visit family due to covid. I'm working this year, too. Turkey is okay, but doesn't excite me. I hate casseroles of all kinds. Don't like dressing or cranberry sauce. I usually just end up eating some turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, etc. I don't get excited or stuffed. I had a Friendsgiving with coworkers this weekend and that was fun. Lots of alcohol. Some decent turkey slices, I made garlic mashed potatoes and I also had green beans, collard greens, mac 'n cheese, and rolls. Honestly, that was a pretty good meal.

Yeah, I'm 90 pages in and hooked. Glad I finally got around to this.
