  1. Breathless by Amy McCulloch. It's a thriller, but it's in the setting of high altitude mountain climbing, so that was the draw for me. I love books about mountaineering and survival type stories.
  2. You can find one if you try. It's how I got mine. But things have to move forward sometime. Sounds like you've got plenty to play until you can get a PS5.
  3. Did a co-op run of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: The Manhattan Project on NES. Game is cheap.
  4. These people are stripping away at my basic rights. Fuck them. It’s way past time to be angry. Why do they deserve peace when they’re going to be a cause of death for countless women?
  5. I can't stop fuming about this. I just fucking sickens me.
  6. No, which is kinda remarkable, given my line of work.
  7. So I’ve been reading Batman graphic novels and it’s really given me the itch to go back and play a Batman game. I already replayed Arkham Asylum and Arkham City years back, so I decided to replay Arkham Origins. Dunno how long I’ll stick with it, but it’s given me the fix. Playing on PC, since duh. Only getting around 200fps maxed out, lol.
  8. Yeah. I got almost all my mom’s physical traits, but when I was young I looked a lot like his younger sister. And I’ve never had any reason to doubt.
  9. Still reading my Washington bio, but that's going to be a slow burn. Started Beautiful Country by Qian Julie Wang last night. It's a memoir from a Chinese immigrant. Also gonna start reading 20th Century Ghosts by Joe Hill. I'm interested in seeing this Black Phone movie next month, so I'll read the story first.
  10. I've mostly been angry. And I'm one of the lucky ones who can just fly to another state and get an abortion if I need one.
  11. My high school Civics/US Gov teacher kept a little wooden sign on her desk with man figure + woman figure = marriage. woman + woman =\= marriage, man + man =\= marriage. She also had a discussion with us about how she stopped taking her birth control pills because they actually caused abortion.
  12. I know. It was really more rhetorical. It's frustrating to always see people getting riled up after the fact when it was allowed to happen in the first place.
  13. I wish they would. Still doubt it would do anything, but I want to make their lives as difficult as possible. Country is circling the drain.
  14. I mean, I like seeing people angry, but it's too late. How do you fix this?
