Looking at some other stories, it sounds like the killer had an argument with a guy in a grocery store, got his gun, and killed him.

Fuck the 2nd Amendment. It's shit like this that makes the 2nd Amendment so repellent and gun ownership so odious. People get in arguments all over the world. Sometimes those arguments lead to fighting, sometimes with a weapon. But because guns are so deadly an argument can quickly turn lethal.
