  1. I have 3 Gen X siblings (I am not Gen X as I'm 8+ years younger than my closest sibling in age thank god) and can confirm it's the absolute worst generation ever produced.
  2. Not a politician, a fake billionaire who wears enough bronzer to make the average body builder jealous.
  3. Supposedly, performance impact is pending what version of Denuvo a publisher/dev implements, the “higher end” one is doing constant checksum evaluations to make sure the game copy is legitimate anytime data is being accessed/streamed from the game (so… pretty much always) which causes a constant tax on CPU cycles + hdd/ssd/m.2 bandwidth, obviously this would also affect both north and south bridges of the mobo and probably also causes system and GPU memory to constantly be “scanned” for the random calculations Denuvo uses to hide itself (from hackers trying to crack the game). The “cheapest” version basically only does this when you first launch the game to my knowledge. Practically a crypto miner malware. Guess which version EA and Ubisoft typically go for?
  4. There’s been constant posts and bitching on my town’s FB page over the past month or so about people’s dogs & cars being loose, I’m seriously considering posting something like: With all the dogs and cats constantly getting out around town, are we certain that no one is eating them?
  5. I loved when Denuvo themselves put out benchmarks to try and prove it doesn’t affect performance. Except we could look at before and after from when some devs eventually remove it to stop paying the fee, or the few games where hackers managed to remove it that all showed a notable difference in CPU usage My favorite was Watch Dogs Legion and how Ubi had 3 layers of DRM that made it run like shit on everything
  6. With most Ubi openworld games it's best to stick to the main missions UNLESS it's to upgrade a weapon/pouch/whatever or an ability as they do tend to be nonsense and burn you out. That being said, IMO, this is about a 8/10 game or so, I wouldn't pay full price and am glad I got in on the Ubi+ deal where a year was only $120-140 or something. If I were to actually buy this game, I think $40-ish or less is the best value.
  7. AND IF YOU JUMP INTO THE ELECTRIC WATER SHARK DO YOU FIRST COOK YOUR DOG IN THE ELECTRIC WATER SO YOU CAN HAVE A LAST MEAL?
  8. Not everyone wants to wait that long for the PC releases. It's anywhere from 1 year to ??? years.
  9. THEY DID THIS SO ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS CAN GET THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY CHECKS FROM THE HARD WORKING AMERICANS TO GET THEIR TRANSGENDER SURGERIES NEEDED TO PROPERLY ENJOY A MEAL OF CAT & DOG -Trump, probably
  10. You can call your local store to see how long the promo is until. I think you might need a Pro membership which gets you "up to $385" then the current promo is an extra $25, without Pro it's it's up to $325 + the $25.
  11. You'd probably have to do the trade in soon and risk not getting a pro at launch. If you do cash instead of store credit it's probably a lot less so you'll also be limited to preordering at GS
