Fun fact, swinging a bat downward would use the same muscles to a smashing success! Using 2 arms would be ~200lbs of force plus the bat and gravity. That's about the same amount of power required for a power bar and 4x45 plates coming at your skull! I'm not bragging, just loving my new found realization!! *orders a bat for every room*

Oh I know, I was flying back from a family funeral (non COVID) and it was really a huge emotional toll on us and then to have these people throughout the airport sick choking and coughing was fucking disgusting. Also I'm pretty sure I saw a Nazi at the gym today. 😐😐😐
