My favourite time of year is seeing how wrong everyone is about many teams... At this point last year, according to ESPN Power Rankings: Bills (9-7), Rams (11-5) and Jaguars (10-6) were rated 26, 27 and 28. Super Bowl Champion Eagles were rated 15. Seahawks (9-7), Packers (7-9), Cowboys (9-7), Raiders (6-10), Broncos (5-11), Cardinals (8-8) and Giants (3-13) were rated 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11. They had the Jets (5-11) and 49ers (6-10) ranked below the Browns (0-16). I love watching that dark horse that everyone thought would suck, make the playoffs while the media darling come in at 4-12. Only in the NFL!

On a side note, the FDA is currently investigating whether soy/almond "milks" can continue to call themselves "milk", or whether that is an inappropriate term. I typically refer to "Soy Milk" as "Soy Emulsion".

My kids eat/drink soy milk because of dairy allergies. I eat meat and wear leather shoes and feel no guilt.

Let's wait for benchmarks -- listening to the rumours always has AMD being next big thing. Let's wait until they actually put something in the market out that has benchmarks. We don't even know how the already announced NVidia cards actually perform, let alone some unannounced AMD card. And it will be interesting to see what looks better for gaming -- a 1080p ray traced image, or a 4k traditionally rendered image. I have no idea who is going in "the right" direction. And +1 to @Reputator 's point -- no consumer card is going to have 32GB of HBM2.

I'm all for better writing in cut scenes. However, most of the best games of all time make heavy use of cut scenes. Mass Effect 2, Red Dead Redemption, Horizon, etc. What I would get rid of is the story telling with poorly written text boxes with the "press A to continue" that are used by so many indie/Japanese developers.

Paying $22M for a defensive player (and $25M+ for a QB) does not leave enough money to have a competitive team. I love(d) having Mack to cheer for, but 2 first round picks +$25M of cap room...

Based on the rumours, I agree that they will likely launch a chip on 2019, but I haven't seen anything that makes me think it will be a GeForce gaming GPU. A x2 or x4 performance increase in 2 years is unlikely until we get to a new chip technology.

After watching 4 minutes of that review, I am convinced of 2 things: 1) I never want to watch a review done by this guy 2) I probably never want to play a Dragon Quest game But I guess I will never know.
