    Edit time is set back to unlimited, deleting own threads is turned back on, and we've additionally enabling hiding your own threads (so if you screw up an OP and want to hide it while cleaning it up for example).

    It basically had to be, when I exported the users list after wave 1 so that you could line up where to start wave 2 from in terms of member IDs, it gave me a warning about potentially unsafe characters. I think on the Dreamhost site that warning was getting suppressed for whatever reason, possibly something niggles set at some point. Now that his username doesn't have the leading hyphen, you don't get the warning if you go to export.

    In Santa Monica the sales tax is 10.25%. In LA I think it's 9.5%. So at the boundary it literally depends on which side of the street you're on. In 2016 we got to vote on a county-wide tax measure where the sales tax rate went up in the City of Los Angeles but not in Santa Monica because in Santa Monica we were already at some kind of cap for what sales taxes can be. People don't realize just how much variability there is not just in the rate but what it applies to as you move around from place to place, not to mention if there's any special excise taxes or fixed-rate "half a cent per transaction" or whatever taxes that you need to account for.

    @SFLUFAN On the version I'm looking at the modified dates are from 2012 for some reason, but you can use the old member IDs to find people quickly. For the av-### (could be #### or ##### depending on member ID length) ones the ### is the old member ID. So for example av-271.jpg was @-Chris's icon (although what I've attached seems more like a thumbnail).
